SONY MP-F51W-23 800K Floppy Disk drive with damaged upper head assembly. This unit is sold as salvage. The upper head read/write assembly is crushed in the back part of the drive assembly.
All other mechanical and electrical aspects of the drive function including recognition by a Performa 575 running Mac OS8. Formatting fails but the OS recognizes the drive. All rotation and eject functions are working. Sold as-is for parts or repairs.
