includes power cord and swivel base.Perfect working condition. All buttons and functions have been tested. Volume is loud and clear, radio works well. Very good cosmetic shape, overall a 7 out of 10. The body is very clean, with a few light scuffs/marks. The tv screen is in excellent shape with no visible scratches or imperfections. A few light scuffs on the trim around the screen. The antennae is in excellent shape. The adjustable swivel mount is slightly loose if bumped, but will hol...d tv in position pretty well.
