Antique cobalt glass inkwell with hinged bronze lid, from estate of Palm Beach resident who got it from family in Penn. and N.J. Appears from early 1900s, Art Nouveau-Deco transitional style with floral motif and hobnail rim. Unknown maker or country of origin (grandparents came from Germany and E. Europe, then).
In excellent condi...tion for age and use, with natural patina on metal parts (bronze and steel), and in glass (can be cleaned up).
Measures 3-1/8" diameter x 2" high
