Antique/Vintage National Sewing Machine "Shepard Special" It needs cleaning and oiling at the very minimum. The motor runs strong but the needle part moves like it needs cleaning and oiling. It looks like it may have been rewired. It does come with the foot pedal. The bag that covers it looks like it may be original but it is not in very good condition. There is a flat spot in a rubber wheel that I have circled in the last pic. It will need to be replaced.    Inv. 03A0919 R2-...S3
