Item Details and Description:This is a rare, pre-owned Vintage, Cast Iron Souvenir Stack Of Cannonballs Gettysburg Battlefield Pennsylvania. The miniature souvenir is in a pyramid shape with 4 sides and and open hole on the bottom from the casting. The cannonball stack has a rectangular, gold-colored “Gettysburg”banner of one... side. This item has signs of wear in the form of paint chipping and light scratching, but it only adds to the patina of the Civil War memento. Overall, this souvenir is a great collectible. This particular presentation is not made any longer, and it would be a great addition to an existing collection or be a centerpiece of a new collection. Historical Context:The Battle of Gettysburg was fought July 1–3, 1863, in and around the town of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, by Union and Confederate forces during the American Civil War.
