Extremely rare, vintage wind-up toy representing a whale or a tuna.
Tin lithographed
Dates from the years 1880-1900.
It's probably a BING toy.
The key mechanism (not supplied) works perfectly, the lamellas turn (not tested in water).
It is in good condition, the colours are well preserved despite its age. To name just a few very small points of oxidation.
I personally have never seen this toy before.
