Vintage Antique Planters Mr. Peanut Glass Jar Streamline with Tin Lid. Jar is in great condition with no chips or cracks. Some slight wear to the bottom edges where it sits on the counter. Several small bubbles and bumps in the glass which are from age and manufacturing. It stands 9" high by 7 1/2" deep by 5" wide. It does slope as shown in the photos. It is marked on the back in raised letters PLANTERS and the bottom states: Pat.Appld.For, Streamline, Jar..., Made in U.S.A., also in raised letters. The tin cap fits snuggly and may be original but perhaps painted over. This is how I purchased it many years ago.
