This is a vintage mid-century modern amber glass apothecary canister storage jar. It measures approximately 10 inches in height with the cover and 4 3/4 inches across the bottom. The pieces is used and in nice overall condition. The spot where the cover sits in the jar has a line of where it rubbed, flea bites on the inner bottle rim and few small minor scratches. No two pieces are exactly identical, although, by and large, the precision between like items is uncanny. I stand in awe at the level of artistry exhibited by every one of these crafts persons. Most of the crystal and porcelain items I list I've acquired from estates. A few I've acquired at auctions. In either case, they are pre-owned items, and with rare (and noted, see above) exception, they are in excellent condition with virtually no observable wear. But please know that there may exist some very minor but certainly acceptable wear commensurate with the age of the piece. I am neither selling nor pricing these as new items, even though they are often in like-new condition.
