“CatCrowd” poster by B. Kliban: Fundraiser, Hancock County Humane Society. Condition is "Used". Shipped free with USPS First Class.This is a wonderful vintage poster called “CatCrowd” by American cartoonist B. Kliban. One thing is obvious about Kliban and his work…he REALLY understood and loved cats! The poster was donated by a generous benefactor, and is placed up for auction to support our no-kill, all-volunteer shelter. Our funding comes from money raised from volunteer ef...forts, and competitive grants.In 2020, all of our face-to-face fundraisers had to be cancelled, due to public health restrictions. This humorous poster is 18"x24” and is in very good condition. It is not perfect…it is vintage! The colors are unfaded black and white, with crisp edges. There is some “foxing”(an age-related process of deterioration that causes spots and browning on old paper documents such as books and posters) on the white areas of the poster. The poster is mounted on a solid backing that has hangers attached (please see picture) and appears to have been protected by plexiglass since 1977. (Please see all photos as they are part of my description).This would be a great holiday gift for someone who loves cats, and the poster is ready to wrap in festive paper. With your purchase, you would be helping us to feed, shelter, and provide medical care for our cats and kittens.
