Insane 2011 retro of the OG make-up of the Vortex, as part of a V-Series retro. The colors and 3M hits are fire, and inexplicably it seems like the 1985 Vortex has only been retroed twice in its OG colorway, making this highly sought after (a worn pair recently went for more than $300 here).
The retro is new / unworn and has Nike’s vintage effect applied (mostly yellowing of the midsole and some white on the outsoles - as shown). I bought this shortly after it came out but didn’...t get a box (there’s no indication that it’s a B grade or sample, the seller just didn’t have a box). It is, nonetheless completely authentic, and a great addition to any sneaker collection.
Please note, my photos are a bit saturated, the blue is a lighter skyish blue and the swoosh a deeper gold.
