This auction is for one vintage blue box fan with swivel tilt base. It is windsor brand has patina rust scuffs use wear original electrical and other use wear. It is tested and runs. There are two speeds high and low and there is a rattle but when i hold a corner of the front panel it stops worse on high than on low rattling but fully functions as a fan still.
