DESCRIPTION
You are buying an ACU-MATH slide rule that is an excellent beginner's slide rule for grade school children and for basic calculations. It is easy to clean. Dimensions are 12-inches x 1.75 inches. Weight is less than 3 ounces. It comes with a black sheath case.
USING IT
If you need to do calculations in an emergency condition that deprives you of power, then this is an excellent backup, such as for navigational calculations.... Also can be used where battery powered devices are not allowed or suspect, such as on some airplane travel occasions.
CONDITION
The slide rule and sheath case are all in excellent condition. They are in pristine condition and look like they have never been used. There are no cracks in the plastic slide and the hairline is sharp. The color is off-white and there are no scratches in the plastic scales. The slide action is smooth.
