Vintage Pepsi Cola Soda Can Novelty Transistor AM FM Radio Alarm Clock

just got in 200 radios from a collectors estate , many unique , this is one of them, new old stock...
so at first I wasnt going to open , as was taped shuit, but glad I did .... although new and minty shape and never used, I see the screen behind the clock has issues. I unpacked the small clock battery that was included, and used my test AA batteries and unit works great, clock works, radio works, however is that black discoloration behind the number of clock, see pictur...es.... has small wire antenna in battery compartment. again minty shape, I think just due to age the screen went goofy....
still a neat radio for a collector. thanks
