This Acu-Arc Ruler was owned by a Chicagoland Physician and HO Railroad Hobbyist. Its box has been opened, but the Ruler does not appear to have been used - it is in excellent like new condition - ready for use! It is a bit dusty and can be cleaned with clear water.
