1 VINTAGE JBL 2482 Compression High Frequency Driver Speaker, with a Phenolic Diaphragm like 2485.
Its similar to the 375 2440 2441 large format drivers that JBL is famous for.
This is the big 2 inch format driver from a sound man's inventory.
These drivers appeal to some for their unbreakable phenolic diaphragm, and Radian makes an aluminum diaphragm to turn it into a softer HIFI driver.
I never used this, and was waiting to get a Smith horn to couple ...it with.
The DCR checks 8.9 and it makes sound, but not fully tested by me.
I am letting it go for my cost.
Condition
It seems good, no rust or dirt issues, as it was stored properly.
It is missing the decal on the back, but the original owner told me its a 2482 version.
New decals can be bought online.
Sold as found, no work was done to it.
Its sold as is, as found, with no returns.
