For auction is a vintage Conn 20i euphonium. Work will be needed before it is playable. Cosmetically, there is lacquer wear throughout, scratching, and denting. There is a patch on the leadpipe, as well as some dents. There is a crack on one of the slide bows that will need patched. The pistons have age appropriate wear.The first valve casing is out of round, preventing the piston from going in; likewise, the top cap is unround (the piston itself is OK). A full overhaul is recommended ...and should be anticipated when bidding. Since all repairs vary in pricing, please check with your local tech for cost estimates.
Notes: Serial number: 699339 . The horn needs quite a bit of work put into it before it is fully functioning. Plenty of dent work on the body and also the bell. The leadpipe could benefit from a replacement or, at the very least, a redone patch and dent work. Accessories: the original case is included just for extra shipping protection as it is in poor condition. No other accessories are included.
