Nicely decorated early lift arm all-metal table lighter. Front and reverse have embossed leaves with a red flower, the short sides have a stalk of green leaves. All metal lighter that look lightly used. About 4-1/4”H, 2-1/2”W at the base. I have not fueled or fired this lighter, however with the addition of fuel, I believe the lighter can be put in working condition.
