Original Description:
Up for auction is a very scarce device by Wilder Model Machine Works.  I think its a torque meter but I really don't know how it's used.  I've never seen a device like this and I'm not sure how it functions.  Research I've done online seems to indicate that it might have something to do with winding the rubber motors of model aircraft.  I have no idea of its age but it looks like its almost new.  Sold as is.
