Here's a blast from the past that still might be useful. It's a waterproof radio that's battery operated, so you can use it in the shower. It has AM and FM bands as well as TV High and TV Low bands. The TV stations broadcast their audio digitally today, so that's no longer useful, but this is a way to not be disconnected from the media even when you're bathing. It works great, but the case shows its age a little bit.
