Beautiful piece - two-tone, two-level, matte-glazed, interesting design. It is from their "Saguaro" line and has the scallops / fluting reminiscent of that type of cactus (and would make a great planter for succulents). We believe this is quite a rare piece and that it was made by the original Catalina Pottery company between 1927 and 1937 on Santa Catalina Island, California - before they were ...bought out by Gladding / McBean / Franciscan and moved to LA. Made in USA. 8" diameter, 2 1/2" deep - this would make a great planter for cactus / succulents or for many other imaginative uses!
Please see the condition notes and pics. There are two blemishes that seem to be manufacturing flaws - one is a small inclusion/bubble/pop in the finish and the other is a discoloration that seems to be beneath the glaze.
Domestic returns accepted within 30 days if the item is received back in exactly the same condition as when the buyer first received it.
