No chips or cracks , see pictures  aprox 7 inches by 6 ½ , signed in gold-  sascha- mid century modern , marked on bottom as well – estate item   very nice-- Sascha Brastoff (October 23, 1918 - February 4, 1993) was an iconic mid century designer who had a ceramics studio. He was active in the Los Angeles area from 1947-1963 when he left his company due to ill health
