The Carl Zeiss Jena Flektogon 35mm 2.4 as an exceptional lens that is highly appreciated both by photographers and videographers alike.
The image, bokeh and build quality as well as the short focusing distance really set the standards. This is one of my go-to lenses.
The Flektogon 35mm 2.4 is one of my favourite lenses. It's a very versatile lens and the image quality is outstanding.
I'm a black and white photographer and the sharpness and range of tone is just beautiful.... It’s also quite small and compact, the perfect lens to go travelling with. It also has a very short focusing range, 19 cm which is perfect for close-ups.
It's also my perfect focal length for street photography, it's wide enough to tell a story and I can also get close enough without any distortion to do a really nice portrait.

The lens - with the appropriate adapter is compatible with most modern digital cameras. I use the M42 mount lenses on my Fujifilm camera with a Kipon Baveyes speedbooster, and have been very happy with this combo.
Lens is in great condition, has been checked and cleaned by a profesisonal in February 2021. There is some cleaning mark in the antireflexive coating on the glass, however this is only a cosmetic issue and will not impact the images you take. Aperture and focusing works well.
Please look at the images carefully before you bid. I take many detailed images of each item so you can visually judge the cosmetic condition. Cameras and vintage photographic equipment is tested where possible (basically) and briefly described. Most of the lenses are from my own collection.
