You are looking at a VTG. BROWN ROTARY DIAL GTE TRIMLINE PHONE WALL DESK AUTOMATIC ELECTRIC 1970's !
This is a rare phone … uncommon for the rotary dial to be in the handset... with a long cord you could want 20 or more feet away from the rest of the phone and talk in private... I did not include the plug in cord with it but it uses a standard telephone plug... the old one was really sticky... See photo's !
