This is Steve Caballero's own board, a "personal rider" he gave to Mike Rogers back in the year 2000. The board was gifted after a pro demo at the YMCA of the Palm Beaches, where Mike was the Skate Park Director. Andy Macdonald also skated in the demo that day. When Cab gave Mike the board, Cab said "do something good with it". This all took place several years before Mike's cancer came back and years before Grind For Life was started by Mike Rogers. Mike hung onto this boa...rd for nearly 20 years and feels like now would be a good time to offer it up to the highest bidder and give all the proceeds to Grind For Life to help people with cancer.
This is a complete rideable board. It's a POWELL deck and the model is from year 2000, the BRIGADE CAB DRAGON with KRUX trucks, BONES Wheels and BONES SWISS Bearings and Powell-Peralta Skinny Ribs RAILS. Measures 7.8" x 31.5"
This is a rare Cab skateboard because of the symmetrical shape. A sign of the new millennium times in skateboarding when wider old school shapes weren't really being sold. There is a chip on the nose, the deck, rails and trucks are ground down and show Cab's wear and his riding on his board.
