Vintage Sterling Silver Ring Big Square Stone Unique 7. 5 Ribbed Band Minor Flaw

Very beautiful ring with minor flaw first photo top left side is missing silver bead and needs to be filed so it's not sharp or rough. This ring weighs 6.0 grams Inner band marked 925 I was told it was handmade from Mexico stone is approx 1/2" wide X 3/4" long well made ribbed band.......................................Thank you....
