In 1986, my late brother obtained his signature while dining at a Beverly Hills, CA restaurant. He was a few tables away and my brother went over to him to ask for his autograph. Although Sandy Koufax is known to not give out autographs in public, he did this time! It is signed with a blue ink ballpoint pen on 3 x 6 note paper.
