This is a New Old Stock Whiting and Davis chain mail choker necktie. The chain mail tie is a blue (almost teal) two layered. The necklace is a silver leather choker with chains attached so it is very adjustable. This is an unsigned piece but I purchased this with matching earrings and had the original bags and tags for them at one point. Im 100% confident authentic, but if you want a signed item, this isn't for you. True Vintage.
