This is a really cool RARE Little Billboard brand flat pocket cigarette lighter that advertises the Northern Hotel in Billings Montana! (Greetings from Les Carter & Ray Bering) This sweet gently used colorful lighter shows little wear with most all of it's original colors and graphics in tact. See pictures. It appears to have been fired. The chrome is nice! D...isplays nicely as well.
