This lighter is an estate sale find. It is a gold-tone refillable Lucienne lighter with a rhinestone jaguar or panther decorating one side.
I cannot find another like it, so it's possible it's a modified piece.It does spark when struck, but it is currently empty.
There is wear from heavy use on the sides, top and bottom (nicks, scratches, some wear to the finish) but this doesn't affect the overall appearance.
