I noticed this at a small town garage sale. Nobody knew anything about it and neither do I. I took it home confident some of my eBay friends would know more and find the ideal home. Notice I didn't put any specifics in about this device because, again, I know nothing about it. 
I tested and can see very clear.  No broken pieces and in nice vintage condition. Everything moves freely. The box is in nice vintage condition with only minor scratches and storage wear. ...Notice the instructions. They are in rough vintage shape with age stains.
