They are One-Of-A-Kind hand painted Cels from the 1990's TV Series "Disney's The Little Mermaid.The paint on the Cels is in excellent condition.The Cels measure 10-3/8 x 12-3/8 inches. One is numbered M31 2 A1, and one is numbered M31 2 B1. The Disney TV Seal is on the upper right hand corner of the... first Cel. The Background measures 11 x 13-3/8 inches. It is numbered M21 BG-2. It has the Disney TV Seal on the reverse side.
