Vintage Limited Edition Penn State PSU 1982 National Champions Solid Brass Belt Buckle w/ Paperwork. Like New Condition.
This belt buckle was produced in very limited quantities by the Heritage Mint in Canoga Park, CA as part of its registered collection to commemorate the 1982 Penn State National Championship Football team. Uniquely numbered.
Includes all original paperwork and the original leather drawstring pouch wich includes a stamped image of the buckle de...sign.
