Vintage GREAT NECK 1-3/4 Pound, Portugal Small Forest Axe Hatchet Tomahawk, Boys Axe HeadNice old made in Portugal Small boys axe head. The cutting edge has some chips and nicks on it, and will need to be sharpened (see pics). The poll end has some hammer marks and slight mushrooming (see pics). No breaks or cracks in the steel. Very little rust pitting (see pics). Nice and deep makers mark (see pic #4). Bit measures 3-1/2" and the head is 5-1/2" overall. Actual weight is 1... pound 12.6oz. The axe eye is about 1-3/4" long. This really is a very well made little axe head.
