This vintage souvenir is from The Capital building in Washington DC.Made of some sort of metal -looks like copper maybe bronze.I did not try to clean it for fear of damaging the piece.FYI - it does have a small flea bite on the front bottom edge , see 2 pictures that show ding. Otherwise this tray is in good shape, well except for the rest screws holding it in place.Check pictures they show the whole story. A search of the internet shows no identical piece.
