This is a very hard to find manual TM 11-38- - Converter M-209, M-209-A, M-209-B (cipher).  This converter M-209-(*) was a crypotographic device issued by the U.S. Army Signal Corps during World War II for use in divisions and lower units, down to and including battalions. It includes sets of numbers and overlaps for lug settings.  It is dated March 17, 1944 and is 62 pages in length.  It measures 9" in L x 6" in W. 
Condition is Very Good. Covers are discolored ...and soiled due to usage - pages are holding up well, as is the binding.  Pages have no rips, tears, water damage, stains, doodling etc.  Table of Contents included in photos.
