The crinoid measures 3/4 inches by 1 1/8 inches. The matrix measures 1 1/2 inches by 1 3/4 inches.
This crinoid is missing arms as seen in the photos
We have collected fossils since 1953 and have quarried and prepared Mississippian Age crinoids since 1973. We have been thankful to have preserved our reputation with the scientific and commercial communities. We have been contracted by ...several museums to prepare and re-prepare their collections. Our own state museum in Indiana has put us to work, along with extensive engagements with the Smithsonian Museum.
