I'm told that it's a Tibetan bronze bell, and probably dates from the 18th century. Probably not a temple bell. Rather for herding livestock such as yaks or sheep. Very heavy and rings very ...clearly. Clapper is cast bronze. Iron fittings attach the bell to the leather collar.I sure hope somebody emails me and tells me what it is before I sell it too cheaply!
