Both are in Used Good condition with minor faults.Circa 1930s “Pensacola Beach Florida – America’s Blue Heaven on The Gulf of Mexico.” Three panels that open up to 7-1/4 x 10-3/8 inches. Small pictorial illustrations and black & white photographs of beach activities and scenes. Front panel shows a bathing beauty and Beach Clubhouse. Rear panel has 2 simple locator maps. Brochure has a diagonal crease a...nd corner wear on the rear panel.Circa 1950s “The San Carlos Hotel Pensacola Florida Cordially Invites You to Pensacola Florida.” The multi-panel brochures opens up to 11-1/4 x 13-1/2 inches. Blue halftone photographs. The San Carlos was the largest hotel between Miami and New Orleans on the Gulf Coast.Wrap-around covers show a great exterior street view of the Hotel with City bus and early-1950s cars and trucks. * Two panel aerial view of the city. Other photos show the Lobby and Uniformed Head Porter; Guest Rooms; Coffee Shop and the Dining Room; US Navy planes; Fishing from a pier; Bathing beauty and Beach scene; and Golfing.Used condition with several small staple holes; most likely from a reservation form, business card, etc. Good to Very Good condition.
