Magic lantern was an early form of projector that threw  large images on a wall from the glass slides much to the delight of everyone.Early forms of the lantern were illuminated by lamp oil while later models used electricity.this Magic lantern is an early Ernst Plank lamp oil model made in germany. comes with lamp, lens and nice tin lamp body - all you need is lamp oil
11 vintage glass slides see photos- all wonderful paint remarkable condition considering the age.original box... see photos - due to age the bottom panel one corner is loose needs a little glue up this very special item will be packed and shipped with care and insured
