Rare Antique German Hertwig All Bisque Jointed Snowbaby Doll Figurine. Overall very good condition. This is a 3 1/2 inch tall Hertwig Snowbaby that is wire strung at her shoulders and hips. These particular Hertwig Snowbabies most often come to a peak at the forehead where their hood is. The back of her right leg where her hips connect shows a small chip measuring approximately 1/4 inch. She is incised with the number 4 on her leg. She has a lovely hand painted face. This larger size S...nowbaby also has red dots on her nostrils. This is a rare piece as they did not make very many and are hard to find today.A wonderful antique Snowbaby that is sure to be a special part of your collection this year and many more to come!
