Cecil The Seasick Sea Serpent is a talking sea serpent on the larger side as far as pull-string dolls go. His fur is clean and bright. He is missing a nostril (If I find it as I clean, I’ll update this listing). He has a small tear on him. His Mattel tag reads 1950. He talks well—loudly and clearly.
