Up for your bidding pleasure is a signed Pittsburghreverse painted and obverse painted table lamps. Lamp 257 is a 12"reverse painted "chipped ice" shade has a repeating winter scene with pinetrees and old hardwood trees covered with snow. A perfect lamp for the holiday season. The colors are very crisp in detail and vibrant. The shade is free of any chips, cracks, orrepairs. This beautiful lamp is signed on the thumb screws with the Pittsburgh l...ogo "Pilabrasco" and is marked on the bottom 1656. The adjustable brass base was set to theheight of 19" in my pictures and is equipped with a single Bryant pull chainsocket. It has at some time been rewiredwith a brown cloth period cord and old plug. The lamp is in good condition, wear commensurate with age.

SHIPPING DISCLOSURE I have tried my best to keep shipping cost low but therates just keep getting higher and higher. I ship using the U. S Postal Serviceas I find them the safest shipper. The shipping cost to the Midwest and farwest is so much more than what I have to deal with here in the Northeast. Ihave struggled with doing this as I didn't want to lose my bidders/buyers westof me but it just adds up to too much money in the long run. Please understand I do this very reluctantly, as such, I am adding 20% to anything being shipped to zip codes that begin withthe number 5, 6 or 7 and 33% to anythingbeing shipped to zip codes 8 and 9. Example $75.00 regular shipping cost to zipcode that begin with 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4 is just that $75.00. Zip codes that begin with 5, 6 or 7 would be $75.00times 20% which equals $15.00 which is added to the $75.00 and becomes $90.00. Zip codes that begin with 8 or 9 would be $75.00times 33% which is $24.75 which then becomes $99.75. Your invoice will beadjusted to your zip code. These items are commensurate withage, meaning they are old. Chances are if there aren't any, it's a newer itemand you shouldn't want it anyways. In other words, a minor blemish on somemetalwork belonging to a large shade or a 1/16 by 1/16 of a paint flakemissing, please try and be reasonable. I really don't want to do a refundbecause the finial ( typically a 10.00 piece ) isn't perfect on a 2, 000.00lamp. I always describe the important aspects towards condition reports andsometimes my eye misses what I deem immaterial issues such as theaforementioned sentence. It seems the more experienced an antique dealer orbuyer is, the more understanding of condition they are. That being said, if youthink you're going to be a difficult buyer because you want perfection in a 100year old piece, please purchase another Ebay seller's product.
