Offered are three beautifully hand carved vintage praying monks made in Mexico. The monks are all reading a bible / prayer book. They have rosaries depicted by small brass pins and a hand painted cross. The faces are a golden colored and unpainted. The monks are graduated in size. The tallest monk measures 12 inches tall and almost 2 1/2 inches at his longest.The second kneeling monk is 9 1/2 inches tall and is 4 1/2 inches at his longest point. The third seated monk measures jus...t over 7 1/2 inches tall and is just under 4 1/2 inches at his longest point. All three figurines are in great shape with not cracks or visible marks. They could do with a good polish, but I have left that up to their new home to do in a manner that they prefer. Please contact me with any questions.
