This listing is for a circa 1920-1930 French Art Deco Bronze nude woman boudoir lamp. This is a bronze and not patinated white metal. It measures 16 1/2 inches or 42 cm high. It comes with it's original art glass shade. The shade measures 5 inches or 12.5 cm.The beautiful young woman is in a dancers pose and is nude with the exception of a garter on one leg. Her stretched out arm holds a threaded period art glass shade. This shade is unmarked as to maker but it was made by Quezal Lust...re Art and is contemporary with the bronze and is the original shade for the lamp.The bronze maintains it's original medium chocolate finish. The lamp works well and the rare shade is in excellent condition with no damage.It is a beautiful example of the best in French Art Deco.
