For auction is a Simpson 260 8PRT analog multimeter, an iconic test instrument (see article outlining the history of the 260 in the classic radio section of the July, 2018 issue of QST). This is a true Simpson 260 series 8P (see photos) The multimeter is housed in a phenolic carrying case designed for the 260 8P. The unit is extremely clean and functions fully as intended. Test test leads, with reverse banana type plugs, and required batteries are... provided. Please note that the audio continuity function has not been damaged and works as intended.
