This is a beautiful 15" French Empire Urn with black and red marble and bronze featuring gold ormolu touches. It is decorated with a family crest on the front and back, and the faces of Centaurs on both of the sides. There are a few minor condition issues overall and a few minor chips around the marble base that can be seen in the detailed photos. The bottom is marked H.R. in multiple places so I will assume this is the maker (help me if you know the name). It is also marked ...V4 on the bottom of one of the feet and VW on the other.This is a non opening urn.Measures 15” h, 5 1/4” at the widest base point and 5 1/2” handle width.
