Antique Stoneware Preserve Jar decorated with a cobalt blue bird very faded(barely visible).  
Measures: aprx. 8 3/8" in. tall x 5 1/2''inches diameter at base ( 3 1/4"in. at neck) 
Weight: aprx. 3 lbs. 12 oz. (before pacing)   
This pottery jar started life in the mid 1800's in the United States. Purchased from a stoneware aficionado/collector's Estate Sale find.  
Very good condition: no cracks, chips, etc. ( But, doe...s have heavy cobalt fading)**see pics**📸✔
