Has a heavy amount of patina and silver tone loss over the entirety of the lighter. Signed on the back, green felt is coming lose on bottom. When slide button is pressed inward , the latch opens immediately with strength, how ever it doesnt spark, and this contains no fuel. So consider it untested. Measuring 2.65" tall and 3.25" wide.
