B-9 Comes to you mint on a near mint card. The blister is separated from the card on the lower right 2". He's not working now because the batteries are too old. If you would like him to work, saying the 3 phrases he says, you'll have to remove him from the package and change the batteries. If I remember, he uses 3- LR44 common cells. If you'd like, I can cleanly open the package and change the batteries to make sure it works when you get it.
