The seller is not responsible for this the buyer is, due to buyers refusing to pay this and then opening false item not received cases I have had to remove free shipping to all south american countries, the tracking costs £10 for every 6 auctions purchased. If you have good trading history with me and I know you there will be no charge of tracking and you will receive free shipping.
